I’m not usually into the NYFW trends, but I’m LOVING (and hating) some of this fall’s trends. Check it out!

Patent Leather: 

Fancy, shiny material with the warmth of leather but a touch of luxury. I’m all in. LOVE.

Clueless Plaid:

Cher Horowitz seemed to inspire some looks for some really big named designers. This plaid is adorable, screams back-to-school, and can be super chic. LOVE.

Kira Kira:

In case you didn’t know, Kira Kira is the name of the app that makes everyone’s jewelry look way more dazzling than it actually is. That being said, I’m always all in for sequins, rhinestones, diamonds, and anything shiny, basically. LOVE.

80’s:

Acid wash, stirrup pants, shoulder pads, neon floral prints – as long as we’re not bringing back the hair – then I’m all in. LOVE.

Hot Pink:

Apparently, hot pink is replacing millennial pink this fall. I was hesitant about it, but after seeing some of the looks, I’m in LOVE.

Sexy Suits:

One part of me says, “Suits are sexy anyways, why are we trying so hard?” And a part of me says, “I am LOVING this.” Love/Hate. Undecided.

Pink, orange, yellow, purple legs everywhere? Adorable. LOVE.

Floral peasant dresses belong in SPRING fashion. HATE.

Oversized Bags:

I love that it makes my “big bag” socially acceptable, but I’m not a huge fan of women carrying duffel bags everywhere. Love/Hate.

These are a bit overkill. I love a good cozy coat, but practically wearing a blanket in public is something I cannot endorse. HATE.

I thought we left this trend back in 2010 – and I thought that I wanted it to stay there… until I saw these looks. Bring on the cheetah print, it’s fierce! LOVE.
